HOW TO BECOME AN INSTACASH AGENT?

STEP 1:

  • As a potential agent, you will need to fill in the agent application form first, based on the form of business you run.

Step 2: The following documents will be required to complete the agent application form.

NB: When the agent application and Start-up payment have been approved, the agent will get a notification via a sms to attend an agent training.

A. Street Agent

  • Trading licence accompanied by City Council Permit
  • Copy of ID or Valid Passport
  • Granted Permission from City Council upon Inspection of the location.

B. Mini Agent

  • Trading licence
  • Copy of ID or Valid Passport of Owner
  • Copy of ID or Valid Passport of assistant
  • Work Premises

C. Companies (Limited Liability)

  • Brief Organization Profile
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Memorandum and articles of association
  • Copy of Tax Certificate
  • Form C AND J
  • Board resolution
  • Copy of National Identity for Directors
  • Lease Agreement for Company Premises
  • Proof of residence for Directors

D. Super-Agent Regional & National

  • Trading licence
  • Copy of ID or Valid Passport of Directors
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Certification of Incorporation
  • Resolution of directors to open an account
  • Form J and C
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • Lease agreement for company premises
  • Proof of residence of Directors

E. International Organization

  • Brief organization structure
  • Incorporation details
  • Copy of tax certificate

F. Partnership

  • Brief Partnership structure
